Not to diminish the queries from the questioning, but the logical evolution of "build it up" is always "tear it down." The Jeopardy analogy:
Alex Trebek: "This phrase is the direct opposite of 'build it up'"But since we are hardwired to do it again, we do it again. That's it.buzzzzzt!!Everyone: "What is 'tear it down?'"
Alex Trebek: "Right."
