Part I:
The science community estimates that the human body is about fifty-five percent water
The other forty-five percent in my estimate is most likely pure theater
This theater
This theater of truth
where patience is revenge
is either the longest one-act play in human history
Or
It has all been a monumental waste of everybody’s time
energy attention and love
It is sometimes quite easy
It is sometimes very difficult
and tiring
and frustrating
and unrewarding
and satisfying
Unfortunately (and also of tremendous fortune)
There is no OFF switch except for the master where you literally connect with the grid
Broken circuits of game’s end
There are no holidays
There is only work
and pursuit
and ideas
and pathways
and execution
There lies a certain purity to impossible standards, unattainable aesthetics
and permanent misery as we live forever
